List of the fastest and most secure DNS servers
The DNS servers make the link between you and the sites you visit. If you are using DNS servers provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider), well be aware that this is not the best solution.
Indeed, the problem is that the DNS servers of your ISPs can censor the sites on which you want to connect, restrict the speed of your connection and know everything about your surfing habits. I therefore advise you to change DNS, but not by just any. I have compiled for you below the list of best free, fast and secure DNS servers.
For example, many sites recommend using those from Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) because the American firm has implemented a prefetching technique (prefetching), i.e. it loads the most popular sites. more popular to quickly display the pages you want to visit. So that’s all well and good, but note that Google also uses it to promote its own services and your data is absolutely not protected, no one is preventing the American company from doing what it wants with it.
But then which DNS to choose?
Personally, I use those from the FDN: 80.67.169.12 and 80.67.169.40 because they respect privacy and ensure that my data is not sold to third parties. Now you do what you want. For change your DNS servers, I invite you to follow my complete tutorial.
